Our Programs & Opportunities

Work Readiness

We help participants gain the skills and confidence to succeed in the U.S. workplace with resume and application support, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Beyond training, our Job Opportunity & Connection services go further by walking alongside participants:
➡ Providing transportation to workplaces, colleges, and job interviews
➡ Offering translation and interpretation for clear communication
➡ Making phone calls and filling out forms to remove barriers
➡ Personally introducing participants to employers, nonprofits, and community resources
Work Readiness also includes specialized modules like Small Talk Skills (for everyday confidence) and Digital Skills (for navigating today’s technology).

Financial Literacy

Adult Finance: Learn how to budget, save, and invest wisely. Our program helps families build strong money habits for a brighter future.
Kids Finance (ages 5–10): We make money skills fun—saving and simple planning through financial storybooks, role-play, and interactive games that build smart habits early.

Business Startup Assistance

We provide hands-on training that helps families and individuals turn ideas into opportunities. Our one-month Business Startup Class walks participants through every step of starting a business — from writing business plans and securing state licenses to preparing legal documents like operating agreements and bylaws. Participants also get hands-on support with branding, marketing, and even designing websites, flyers, and logos to launch their vision with confidence.
