Connecting with Job Opportunities
Bright Steps goes beyond training—we walk alongside participants to make sure they actually connect with opportunities. From providing transportation and showing bus routes to personally introducing participants to employers, nonprofits, and community colleges, we make the journey less intimidating. We don’t just refer—we guide, support, and open doors so participants gain real access to jobs, resources, and education.

Participants also learn how to handle emergency situations by knowing where to go, what to say, and how to ask for help.
